Shipping & Returns


1)      Shipment charge
All products exclude shipment charge, delivery cost will be quoted separately

2)      Shipment Mode
>> Local Transit
From GD Province to HK - Local truck (large qty) / courier (small qty)

>> Overseas Transit
From mainland port to overseas: sea freight / air freight
From HK port to overseas: sea freight / air freight

3)      Delivery Time
>> Local Transit:2 to 5 days (depending on qty & fty location)
>> Overseas Transit: Depending on destination & mode of transit

4)      Delivery packing
>> Local Transit packing: normal double corrugated master carton, some products needs individual packing by polybag, no inner carton included (need to charge separately upon request). We will make pallet shipment upon request. Plastic wrap will be made around the whole pallet for protection. No strapping / stapling / labels for carton (if needed, pls request and will charge separately). If the order qty fulfills 10 cartons, the carton front mark / side mark can be printed without further charge.
>> Overseas Transit: Can select double / triple corrugated carton, all carton pass drop test & vibration test. All cartons are without strapping / stapling / labels (pls request if needed and it cost separately)


When it is our product's quality issue, we will arrange product replacement.

Pls understand that we cannot accept goods return under the following circumstances: -

1. Used / client damaged product;
2. Late Notification: if the return request is made 3 days after the cargo is received.
3. Color variation: our standard is 90% match for the color printing per client request. Due to the variance of color check environment, we will not accept the color variation as return reason), if there is any dispute for the color accurracy, client can appoint surveyor to make judgement (we will not bear the cost of appointing surveyor)
4. The shipment delay / damage due to bad weather / strike / transport delay / disaster / accidents
5. Quality issue that are reminded before production.
6. Clearance sales product
7. Cannot fulfill some testing requirement that were not raised (Our products can only pass basic test, what are basic tests?)

About return goods procedure:

If you need to return goods, pls raise within 3 days after you receive the goods and kindly follow the below steps:
1) Inform us for return (by tel / email / online message / LIVE CHAT)
2) Send back defects products sample (2 pcs / defect)
3) List out defect description & affected qty
4) Investigate why and how the defects happened and make solution
5) Confirm replacement products delivery date and transit mode


1.      Replacement schedule on reproduction goods & delivery need to be reconfirmed, but replacement work will be at the top priority.
2.      If the return requeste is made out of the reason of products defects itself, all delivery charge / testing charge / reproduction charge will not be at our liability
3.      Full return will not be accepted we only accept a) replacement; b) giving discount on certain products
4.      Sorting fee / admin fee in destination will not be our liability
